Displaying Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides on TV screens in your business is an efficient way to share information with your team in real time. Whether it’s tracking progress, displaying schedules, or sharing important documents, VuePilot makes it simple by leveraging its ability to display web pages on large screens. Since Google Sheets and Docs are accessible via a web browser, you can easily add them to your VuePilot rotation and keep your team informed.<\/p>\n

Follow the steps below to display your Google Sheets, Docs, or Slides on your office TV screens using VuePilot.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Create a Webpage App<\/h3>\n

VuePilot allows you to display websites on your screens using the Webpage App. To begin:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Log in to your VuePilot dashboard.<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to the Apps<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on Add App<\/strong> and select Webpage App<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Step 2: Copy and Paste Your Google Sheets or Docs URL<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Open your Google Sheet, Google Doc, or Google Slide that you want to display.<\/li>\n
    2. Copy the URL from your browser’s address bar.<\/li>\n
    3. Go back to the VuePilot dashboard and paste the URL into the URL<\/strong> input field of the Webpage App.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Tip:<\/strong> Ensure that your Google document is set to \u201cAnyone with the link can view\u201d if you want it to be publicly visible without login credentials.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      Step 3: Save and Assign to Your Rotation<\/h3>\n
        \n
      1. Click Save<\/strong> to store your new Webpage App.<\/li>\n
      2. Assign the app to your screen rotation using one of the following methods:\n
          \n
        • Click Add to Rotation<\/strong> from the Webpage App settings.<\/li>\n
        • Navigate to the Rotations<\/strong> section and manually add the newly created Webpage App.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • The document will now be displayed as part of your rotation on your selected screens.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Displaying Docs in Full Screen<\/h3>\n

          To maximize visibility and remove distractions, you can set Google Docs or Sheets to full-screen mode:<\/p>\n

            \n
          1. When previewing the document in the VuePilot software, select View<\/strong> from the Google Docs or Sheets menu.<\/li>\n
          2. Click Full Screen<\/strong> to enter full-screen mode.<\/li>\n
          3. Close the window without exiting full-screen mode. This ensures that the document will re-open in full-screen mode automatically during the rotation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Hiding the Sidebar<\/h3>\n

            You can also hide the sidebar in Google Docs or Sheets to create a cleaner display:<\/p>\n

              \n
            1. While previewing the document in the VuePilot software, manually hide the sidebar.<\/li>\n
