PDF slideshow functionality<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\nIt is very simple, with just 2 steps and takes less than a minute to configure.\u00a0 Here’s how<\/p>\n
Step 1: Export Your Document As PDF<\/h2>\n
From the Microsoft interface (we’re using the Microsoft 365 online interface here)\u00a0 click\u00a0File > Save As > Download as PDF<\/strong><\/p>\n![\"Download]()

Step 2: Create Your PDF App<\/h2>\n
From the VuePilot dashboard, Click Apps >\u00a0 Create New App > Select PDF<\/strong><\/p>\nIn the PDF apps configuration screen:<\/p>\n
\n- Give the app a useful name<\/li>\n
- Click the “Media Manager<\/strong>” button<\/li>\n
- Click the “Upload”\u00a0<\/strong>button and select your newly exported PowerPoint PDF<\/li>\n
- Click the “Select”\u00a0<\/strong> button next to the new PDF item listed<\/li>\n
- Select the amount of time you want each slide to appear for before transitioning to the next slide from the “Slide Interval<\/strong>” option.<\/li>\n
- Finally, click Save<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Optionally, you can click the “Assign To Rotation<\/strong>” button to assign the PDF slide show to your existing rotations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
